Our story begins May of 2021, when we met on Bumble while we were both in medical school in Chicago. We bonded over a summer of constant movement, while biking by Lake Michigan in training for our first triathlon and climbing outside whenever possible. Summer of 2022 brought Arjun to Pittsburgh for residency, but 500 miles could not keep us apart, as we spent every weekend possible visiting each other and growing together. We adventured anywhere from the New River Gorge to the top of Mt Rainier to Switzerland and more. Summer 2024 brought Adrienne to Seattle for residency for one more year of distance, but it did not take long for Washington to start feeling like home. We declared our love in a small civil wedding in fall 2024 before Arjun moved to Seattle so we could FINALLY start a life in a home together. We are now so excited to share in religious and cultural wedding traditions with all the people we love!
