Choosing Poland for our wedding felt like the perfect way to celebrate our story. Hubert was born in a small town a few hours outside of Kraków, making Poland an important part of his heritage and family history. Last summer, we had the opportunity to visit Kraków together, and it was more special and beautiful than we could've ever imagined. As we explored the city, we knew it would be the perfect place to begin this next chapter of our lives. Our wedding is not only a celebration of our marriage, but also a celebration of the coming together of our families, cultures, and loved ones from around the world. We can't wait to share this incredible place with all of you and create unforgettable memories together in one of our favorite cities.
Our wedding ceremony & reception will be held at Zinar Castle in Kraków, Poland. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in such a beautiful place!
We would absolutely love for our guests to stay with us at Zinar Castle, where our wedding day celebrations will be taking place. One of the things we’re most excited about is getting to spend quality time with everyone all weekend long. Staying on-site will make the experience easy, and extra special, with no need to worry about transportation or missing any of the fun. The castle itself is truly magical, and we can’t imagine a more beautiful place to celebrate together with the people we love most. You can find room block and booking details on our Travel page.
If you are traveling internationally, please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. Be sure to check the entry requirements for your country of residence.
We recommend arriving at least two days before the wedding (14 May 2027) so you can enjoy our welcome event and the wedding day, and stay a day or two afterward to enjoy the city and surrounding attractions.
Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift. For those who have asked, we've created a registry with experiences, future adventures, and a few items for our home together. Please find it under the "registry" tab on our website.
Please RSVP by March 1, 2027, so we can finalize our guest count and seating arrangements.
May is one of the most beautiful times of year in Kraków. Guests can generally expect mild spring weather, with daytime temperatures typically ranging from 60–70°F (15–21°C) and cooler evenings around 45–55°F (7–13°C). While many days are sunny and pleasant, occasional spring showers are possible, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for the evenings and an umbrella just in case.
Our wedding attire is Formal. We invite guests to dress in elegant attire suitable for a special celebration. For women, this may include a floor-length gown, midi dress, or a dressy jumpsuit. For men, a suit and tie or a dress shirt with a jacket are recommended. We want everyone to feel comfortable while looking their best as we celebrate together! Please keep in mind that portions of the event may take place outdoors.
Yes! Children should be included on your invite and when RSVPing. Please ensure to note whether they will be attending or not for food. Kids under age 2 will not receive a meal.
Due to venue capacity limitations, only guests specifically listed on the invitation are invited to attend. If you are a family, you can type your last name into the RSVP tab on our website to see the names of each invited guest. If a guest is not mentioned, we kindly ask that you do not bring them so we can keep our gathering intimate.
We want everyone to enjoy the meal. Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies when completing your RSVP.
Yes! We will be hosting a welcome gathering for all and a post-wedding brunch for guests who choose to stay at Zinar Castle with us on the night of the wedding. Details will be shared closer to the date!
