Through the magic of technology our story began, and after a few weeks of texting we decided to meet up for a real date. The Gastown Steam Clock seemed like a perfect place to start our evening, and that's where it all began...

... And so rolls around the end of 2020 - a year we likely all want to forget... but Adrian had other plans in mind! Out to celebrate his birthday, we started our night with dinner and cocktails, before going for a stroll through fairy lit Gastown. Passing by our special Steam Clock, Adrian ever so cooly dropped the knee and popped the question. We weren't alone to celebrate the moment - a charming homeless man with one leg then helped ring in the milestone with us by playing "The Riverdance" on his harmonica. We wouldn't have had it any other way.
