The most convenient is Cancun International Airport (CUN), which is approximately 32 miles or a 45min drive. Tulum International Airport (TQO) is another option, but is 69 miles or 1h 40 min drive.

Yes. Because we have reserved the entire resort for our wedding weekend, all guests are required to stay on property. The hotel also requires a four-night minimum stay during this peak season period (Wednesday, December 16 through Sunday, December 20, 2026). We’re excited to have everyone together for the full weekend of celebrations!
Your stay includes the resort’s à la carte All-Inclusive experience, so nearly everything is taken care of! We’ll have a full weekend of wedding celebrations planned, but if you’d like to explore the area, there are many great excursions near Playa del Carmen. Popular options include visiting nearby cenotes, snorkeling or diving along the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, exploring the ruins at Tulum Archaeological Zone, or taking a day trip to Chichén Itzá. In our experience, we’ve had no issues with cell service while visiting Playa del Carmen, and the resort also provides Wi-Fi throughout the property. Most U.S. cell phones work in Mexico, but coverage and any international charges will depend on your specific carrier and plan. We recommend checking with your provider before traveling to confirm your coverage.
