FAQs

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Your invitation will be made out to "Your name & guest' if a plus one has been given to you. If you are unsure about whether you have been provided a plus one, please contact the bride or groom.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact the bride/groom ahead of the date.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! The dress code is black tie optional. We ask that no one wear jeans. If you have questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the bride or groom. If you are unable to wear formal wear, please just wear what you have and come party!

Question

Are there any colors that I should avoid?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and creams. We would also ask that you avoid any neon colors.

Question

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. From there, we ask our guests to head north to the Springs Event Venue Cypress. Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Each location has parking available.

Question

Can I take pictures during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Although we appreciate that you may want to snap some pictures- we ask that you simply enjoy the ceremony and stow away all cell phones and honor our "unplugged" ceremony. Please allow our photographers to take the best shots. There will be plenty of opportunities to take pictures during the reception!
