As of right now New York State currently requires all guests over the age 2 to produce a negative diagnostic test result for COVID-19. PCR tests are required 72 hours prior to the event OR a rapid test within 5 hours of the event. Vaccinated guests DO NOT need to be tested as long you are considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks prior to 7/8
Yes! Please check out our travel and accommodations page where you will see the hotel block. Remember, these fill up very quickly so please book them as soon as possible- there is no cost until the day of.
The shuttle for the Holiday Inn will be at 5:45 PM sharp and the shuttle for the Hilton Inn will be at 6:15 PM sharp. If you plan on using the shuttle service please make sure you are ready at that time.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 pm. The ceremony is short and sweet so please be on time, we would hate for you to miss it!
As much as we love all of your kids, this is a night out for you! Only children in the bridal party will be attending the reception.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer it if it was just you.
Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
