A Little Bit About the Sweet Town of Petaluma

Petaluma is pretty small, so when looking for a location to stay, we think that overall anywhere is great! Both the Ceremony and Reception are on the west side of town. The west side of town is really cute and where the ‘downtown’ area is. It’s lively and there are a lot of places to eat. There are a lot of Victorian homes and historic buildings. We live on the east side, which is mostly residential with some food places and about a 10min drive max. to downtown Petaluma. Penngrove is also a really cute town (it’s tiny/smaller than Petaluma-you might miss it on the map if you blink!) It’s almost like an extension of Petaluma. There are good options for Airbnb in Penngrove as well!

San Francisco International Airport

SFO will probably have the most options for flights and they have a shuttle that will take you from SFO all the way up to Petaluma. Go to groometransportation.com for shuttle information from SFO to Petaluma (Sonoma County).

The Sonoma County Airport is much closer to Petaluma than SFO, however there are not as many flight options.
