FAQs

The Wedding Website of Adriana Ochoa-Lopez and Benjamin Lau
Question

Do you have a Registry?

Answer

We are so extremely excited that you will be joining us this fall for our wedding day. As you may know, we have already established a lovely home for ourselves and have all the house-things we’ll ever need. Your attendance to our wedding is the greatest gift we could ever want, but for those who desire to give nonetheless, a monetary gift is one we suggest.

Question

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

What's important for us is that you're comfortable. But we would like the dress code to be Cocktail/Formal to Semi-Formal. A good guideline for this is: For women: any dress, jumpsuit, skirt/blouse, and please no jeans, avoid beige/white/cream colors For men: dress shirt, tie (optional), slacks, dress shoes, no flip-flops or sneakers

Question

What's the weather like in San Ramon?

Answer

Although we will be indoors mostly, the typical weather during mid-September is usually in the low 80's. We do expect to party late into the night; so it would be a good idea to bring a light jacket!

Question

What is an "Unplugged Wedding Ceremony"?

Answer

Please refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We'd like that time to be unplugged. It is important that the two of us fully utilize our paid professional photographers and videographers during the Ceremony. We promise we will share all the good memories after the day! For the rest of the Reception, please take as many as you'd like. In fact, tag and share with us on social media!

Question

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venues?

Answer

Guests may carpool if they'd like but it is not necessary as the drive from the Ceremony to Reception is only 10 minutes, each with plenty of parking spots.

Question

What if we're lost or have questions during the day of the event?

Answer

It's going to be an eventful day! Please reach out to other family and friends throughout the day to coordinate. We will do our best to have our respective brother (Luis Ivan Ochoa-Lopez) and sister (Christina Lau) to coordinate all points of contact.
