Question

New wedding date?

Answer

YES - new wedding date is now October 9, 2021. Please continue to check our wedding website for updated information and details. Thank you!

Question

I'm worried about COVID-19, should I still travel to Aruba?

Answer

While your health and safety is our utmost concern, we believe Aruba has the best safety protocols in place to limit the spread of COVID. In fact, there have been no new cases in Aruba for quite some time and all travelers will need to be tested ahead of arrival into Aruba. We realize that some will still have doubts about traveling, so we will continue to update this page with information to help ease concerns. Please also visit https://www.visitaruba.com/news/general/corona-virus-and-travel-to-aruba/ to get the most up to date news on travel and restrictions.

Question

Do I need to take a PCR test (COVID test) before traveling to Aruba?

Answer

Yes, as of right now but this could change as it gets closer. Everyone traveling from the US is currently required to take a PCR (COVID-test) within 72 hours of their departure date. Everyone must upload the results to the online Embarkation/Disembarkation (ED) process at least 12 hours prior to their direct departure flight time to Aruba. Please visit www.aruba.com to obtain the online form. There should be a rapid or 24 hour test available by health providers in your area. Please call to schedule an appointment and ensure results are obtainable within the 24-48 hour timeframe. As this could change in 2021, we will update this info as needed.

Question

Are masks required at the resort, pool or at the wedding?

Answer

No, guests will not be required to wear masks anywhere on the resort or while in Aruba

Question

Do I need COVID insurance?

Answer

Aruba is requiring every person that enters the country to have COVID insurance to offset any medical and accommodation costs if they were to get COVID on the island. This insurance costs $10 per day per person. We worked with the resort to offset this cost by providing each room with a $30 per day food and beverage credit to completely offset this cost, which you will see when you reserve your room. Please check back for updates!

Question

Where and when can I purchase the Aruba COVID insurance?

Answer

The insurance can only be purchased within 72 hours before your departure date via the ED-Card form available on www.edcardaruba.aw. If you already completed the ED-Card form, you should receive an automated email within the 72 hour window asking you to click on a link that takes you back to the ED-Card form, where you must answer some health questions and pay for the insurance.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 9th on the RSVP tab. Rooms need to be reserved by August 23rd in order to ensure you get a room at the best rate. Please reserve your room via the 'Hotel Accommodations' tab to receive our discounted rate and F&B credit.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We'd like everyone to be able to celebrate and enjoy this vacation with us without being distracted, so if you need to bring your children, please let us know.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual beach wedding attire - anything goes....just wear clothes :)

Question

Is there transportation to and from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Aruba is a small island, so it's very easy to get around. The resort is only a 15 minute ride from the airport and it's easiest to grab a taxi. If you want to reserve transportation ahead of time, please go to the following site: https://www.visitaruba.com/getting-around/airport-transfers/
