FAQs

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The wedding is Mountain Formal - think elegant, but comfortable and appropriate for a mountain setting. Feel free to add a western twist! For Women: We invite our female guests to wear floor length or midi dresses, or an elevated cocktail dress in rich fabrics such as silk, chiffon, or velvet. Please note that portions of the event will take place outdoors on uneven ground, so we recommend block heels or wedges. For Men: Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit or sport coat with dress trousers and a collared shirt. A tie is optional but highly encouraged. Dress shoes or polished cowboy boots are perfectly suitable. Please no jeans or shorts. A Note on Comfort: Mountain evenings can be cool, even in warmer months. We recommend bring a light jack, wrap, or shawl to stay comfortable as the temperature drops after sunset. It is also important to note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside, and the reception will be indoors.
