Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony is outside, so we want you to dress appropriately for September weather! Dressy casual will do. You’re more than welcome to stick to our color scheme if you would like, it’s fun and makes for great photos! Color scheme is in the photo above.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please communicate your food allergy to us and we will do our best to accommodate you! If you are vegetarian/vegan we already have you covered. If we are not able to accommodate you will we let you know prior so you can make the necessary adjustments to your day-of plan.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by August 15th. If you do not RSVP by August 15th we may not be able to accommodate you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is an adult event. We strongly encourage that you find alternative plans for your children even if we have listed them on the invitation. We want parents to be able to have the night off! That being said, we understand many of our guests are traveling and may have difficulty finding childcare. If you do choose to bring your children, please understand that it is required by the venue that children under 12 be under parental supervision at all times.

Can I bring a date?

Due to our desire to keep our wedding day intimate (and limited space), please do not bring a date unless the invitation you receive allows a plus one. We apologize for any inconvenience!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5pm, so please arrive with enough time for yourself to be seated before 5pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Pittsboro is a smaller town and doesn’t have much to offer in terms of hotels, so we recommend looking in either Apex, Chapel Hill, or Siler City areas. Any hotel in these areas should be within 20 minutes of the venue!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking at the venue!
