Adelein and Walt met in one of their freshman classes at Lee University, and after just a few months, they had become close friends. For some time they grew closer and closer as they came to know each other's good and bad sides, likes and dislikes, and favorite things. Adelein was basically madly in love with Walt since she met him, but he never realized that he reciprocated those feelings until one fateful night. That night they stayed up late, never running out of things to talk or laugh about. After two years of friendship, they decided together that it was meant to be something more. The transition was scary but seamless, and after a short time, they knew it had been the right choice.
