How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP: 1. Click the RSVP link. 2. Type your name. 3. Once you've located your name click "select". 4. Click "will attend" or "will not attend." 5. Click submit If you have any questions please reach out to Adelaide or Terrence.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start at 6:00 PM and we want to make sure you have plenty of time to settle in.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is formal attire. Please feel free to dress appropriately for the event. If you're unsure, reach out to us—we’re happy to help!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Free parking is available in Garfield Garage (please park on level 5A). Guests may leave cars in the garage for up to 24 hours. Be sure to capture your license plate number and provide it to McHale’s staff upon entering the Cincinnati Club. Additional parking is available at nearby lots or on the street for a fee.

Can I bring my children?

We love kids! However, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding.

I’m coming from out of town. What’s the best way to get to the host hotel?

Answer

If you're flying in, the nearest airport is CVG Airport. about 30 minutes from the host hotel. From there, you can rent a car, take a taxi, or use a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft.

Will there be a reception after the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! After the ceremony, we will have a cocktail hour followed by the reception. The reception and wedding ceremony are at the same location.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we want our photographer to capture all the special moments. However, feel free to take photos during the reception and at designated photo areas!

Will there be a seating chart?

Answer

Yes! When you arrive at the venue, you will find a seating chart that will direct you to your table. If you need any assistance, our wedding coordinators will be happy to help.
