Yes! Access* to assigned function room is 30- 45 min prior to the scheduled time for which event is booked. “All” non-resident guests must come to the hotel already fully dressed for the event. If they do not have a Day/Evening Pass they are allowed to access the specific area where the event is being held. They should remain at the designated area of event and at no time approach any restaurant or bar unless it is a part of that particular event paid for by that particular bride or groom. Your non-resident guests must never be on the room blocks or in your room at any time as this is an all-inclusive hotel and a day/evening pass or bedroom reservation must be purchased for any non-resident guests wanting to access the hotel at large. Day Pass $85 (11am-5:30pm) & Evening Pass $95 (6pm-2am).
This must be known 2 weeks prior to the event so that your request is honored. Please indicate this on your RSVP
