It must be a Caribbean ting....
On June 18, 2016, in a small Jamaican restaurant in NOLA, these two souls met. Overtime, we have grown "strength to strength" (in the words of Mr. Scott). Ultimately, Ms.Francois was asked to be Mrs. Scott.
For all the days along the way
