FAQs

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is Garden Part Semi-Formal Light, airy, and a little dressed up. Gentlemen, we want to see you in your best dress too, so we kindly ask for no jeans or shorts! Please note that our ceremony will take place outdoors, rain or shine, so we recommend breathable fabrics and shoes that are comfortable on grass. Most of all, we want you to feel comfortable as we celebrate! Following the ceremony, we’ll move the party indoors to the Carriage House for a reception in the cool AC! Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with you in Charleston! We’ll miss those who can't make it, but please let us know your plans by June 25th, 2026.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We can't wait to see you! Our ceremony starts at 5:00 PM, so please plan to arrive by 4:45 PM to grab a seat. We’ll have plenty of fans and chilled drinks ready to keep you cool and comfortable while we say our 'I dos!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children listed on your invitation are absolutely welcome! We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that if they become restless during the ceremony, they be tucked away in the bridal suite or a nearby area. We can’t wait to celebrate with the whole family on the dance floor!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, so please plan your travel to the ceremony accordingly. We suggest using Uber, Lyft, or local taxi services to get around Charleston if driving is not an option!
