FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to Elisa or Chris.
Question

The wedding ceremony begins at 4:30PM, what time should I plan to show up?

Answer

Guests may arrive to the venue as early as 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional. For guys, wear your tuxedo if you wish to get all dressed up, but please feel free to wear a nice suit if that’s what you prefer. For ladies, come dressed in your gorgeous floor length dresses. It may be a bit chilly while outside for the ceremony and cocktail hour, so you may want to bring a light jacket or shawl.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to the ceremony. Please use Uber/Lyft/taxi if you choose not to drive to the venue. There are a lot of nice things to see in the Bay Area, we recommend having access to a car to be able to explore!

Question

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot available at the venue.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

You may find our registry in this wedding website (see 'Registry' tab).

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are plenty hotels that are close to SFO airport and our venue if you do not wish to reserve a hotel room via our hotel block reservations.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It does get chilly in the Bay Area. We cannot predict the forecast this far out, but we recommend packing/bringing a light jacket in case it rains.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar available after the ceremony (for 21+ guests, no exceptions!!). Enjoy and drink up!!

Question

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

You may reach out to Elisa (via text at 909-684-3136) so she can plan accordingly with the caterer.

Question

Is a negative COVID test required prior to the event?

Answer

It is not required for you to provide proof, but we would like for our guests to take a COVID test prior to the event. Note that an at home antigen test is just fine. We want to make sure that we're celebrating with everyone safely! If you are feeling unwell, please reconsider attending.

Question

How will food be served at the reception?

Answer

Dinner will be served family style (Chinese) and there will also be late night bites to look forward to.
