When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than January 1st. We know that the holidays can be distracting, so we want to get this off of your plate so we can plan for you! Please RSVP using the QR code on your invitations or by clicking the RSVP tab above. If you do not RSVP we will assume that you are unable to make it.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Officially it is black tie preferred, although a nice suit is acceptable. Tea/Floor length dresses are preferred.

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, champagne, and creams. If you are unsure, reach out to the bridesmaids or bride!

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you have a plus one, they will be listed on the RSVP form by name. Thank you for understanding and reach out if you have any questions!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love that you love your little ones, this is an adult only event. Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that our wedding will be kid free.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our special moment, and we would hate to have a stray phone or camera in the shot. After our ceremony and exit, please feel free to take as many photos as you want, just be sure to share them with us using the QR codes around the venue!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. If you arrive late, you will have to wait outside the venue until the ceremony ends.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at the venue. If you are going to be drinking, we do encourage Uber or Lyft so we can all enjoy the evening safely! The venue allows you to leave your cars overnight if you'd like to drive yourself there and uber back to your hotel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will have a buffet with gluten and vegetarian friendly dishes. If you need something more personalized, please contact us or make a note on your RSVP!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open beer/wine/basic cocktails bar. There will also be premium liquors available for purchase if you so desire.
