FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1, 2026 so we can finalize all the fabulous details. We love you, but we also love a well-organized headcount. 💌✨

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will provide transportation to the venue from the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino at 5:15 pm. ⏱️💒 Gather by the 3rd street exit. If you do not want to ride the bus to the wedding, please note that the ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 PM.

Question

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Black-tie optional. Come dressed to impress; think elegant, elevated, and photo-ready. Gowns, tuxes, sharp suits, or your most sophisticated evening look are all welcome. No jeans, no sneakers, no excuses. 🖤✨

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes! All guests are welcome to bring a plus one but they must be included in your RSVP by June 1st, 2026. If they’re not listed, we won’t be able to accommodate them. No surprises, no sneak-ins; we’re on a schedule, y’all! 💌✨

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones but this celebration is strictly grown folks only (18+). Treat yourself to a weekend off, you deserve it. 💃🏾🍾 P.S. If your kiddos must come to Vegas with you, we have a list of verified and trusted sitters that we use. They charge between $12/hour and $16.00/hour. Rates typically increase by $1 or $2 per extra kiddo.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino, which will serve as the main hub for our vow renewal weekend. This hotel is modern, comfortable, recently built and just steps from all the Fremont Street fun. If you prefer other nearby options, Circa Resort & Casino (adults-only (21+ at every entrance/exit and upscale), Four Queens Hotel & Casino (classic Vegas vibe with no resort fees), The D Las Vegas (fun and budget-friendly), and Golden Nugget (upscale with a famous shark tank pool) are all within walking distance of the festivities. If you prefer the main strip, some of our favs are The Aria, Caesar's Palace, Mandalay Bay, and any of the MGM properties.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Here’s what we have planned for the weekend: Thursday: Welcome event by the pool with drinks and finger foods. Friday: Wedding — followed by a reception. We’ll then head to Fremont Street to celebrate for the after party! The rest of the weekend: Free time for you to explore and enjoy Vegas your way! We love you all and are so grateful that you’re taking the time to celebrate with us!

Question

Is there a deadline to book within the hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We would ask that you book by June 1st, 2026. Any room booked after this date will incur typical hotel charges. We only have 15 rooms in the block, first come, first served. (QQ and King are available)
