Welcome Drinks

We’ll be kicking off the weekend with informal welcome drinks at Lil Piece BBQ, located just across the street from the venue. Join us there to say hello, grab a drink, and enjoy some great food—all available for purchase. We’d love to see you and spend some relaxed time together before the big day!

Wedding

This event is black-tie optional. Formal attire is encouraged, but tuxes are absolutely not required. Think elegant dresses, suits, or anything that makes you feel dressed up and photo-ready. The venue involves grass, so you may want to rethink stilettos.
Ceremony | The ceremony will take place at the back of the venue at the willow tree at 4pm. Cocktail Hour | Following the ceremony there will be a cocktail hour with passed apps and an open bar at the A-frame lodge. Dinner | The dinner will include many types of The Woodhouse Lodge's wood fired pizza, salads and sides family style. The bar will remain fully open for this portion of the night. Dancing | The unhinged part of the night will take place in the Tavern with (you guessed it) a fully open bar until 10pm.

Behind the Willow Tree, where the ceremony will be held earlier in the day, we'll have a bonfire going for anyone who wants to keep things going - totally optional. We will be extending the festivities into the night with some smores, some music, beers (like we didn't have enough at this point already) and a few questionable decisions.
