Question

What should I wear??

Answer

We invite all of our guests to dress semi formal. We want you to look and feel your best, our only ask is no jeans, cargo pants, or shorts please! Heads up, we are hosting an outdoor wedding. Ladies, feel free to wear any length dress, pant suit, or a blouse and some slacks/skirt. Gentlemen, wanna wear a suit? A sports coat? Or maybe just a button up and some slacks? DO IT!!! Our wedding party will be atoned in green chiffon dresses and suits.

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request no children, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do NOT take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. In addition to open bar style, we also have a list of specially curated signature cocktails that you can order. Prefer not to drink?? Several of our signature cocktails can be made without alcohol but we will also have NA beer. We want everyone to have a great night! Please drink responsibly and make sure that you have transportation to get you home safely. Please keep in mind, our bartenders will NOT serve shots or minors. They have the right to deny service.

Will you be serving food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! A snack bar will be provided during cocktail hour. For dinner, we will have brick oven pizza and a fully stocked salad bar. Our pizza chef can accommodate gluten allergies…just tell them what pizza you’d like and they will create you a personal size with gluten free crust. Dessert?? I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!! While we will have a small cake for cutting, we have opted to have an ice cream truck as dessert for our guests. Help yourself, it’s on us! Thirsty?? Cocktail hour will begin our open bar experience and continue on for the duration of the evening. NA beers and cocktails will be available as well. We will also provide water, sweet tea, and unsweetened tea.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are currently accommodating a nut allergy and have some gluten free options available. Please reach out to Courtney Cummings at 941-448-4318, immediately, if you have another severe allergy that needs to be addressed. Also, please visit our other FAQs addressing what food/beverages we will be serving.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable.
