The Duquesne Incline is a must when in Pittsburgh. The cable car will take you up to the top of Mount Washington, where you can get the best view of the Pittsburgh skyline! There are also a few restaurants and bars atop Mount Washington for you to stop for a drink or a bite to eat before heading back down on the Incline.
The Cathedral of Learning on the University of Pittsburgh's campus is a must-see. The Cathedral is the second-largest academic building in the world and is where Meg spent many hours studying during her time as a student at Pitt! For Harry Potter fans, the interior design will remind you of Hogwarts! While you're here, stop over at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. This is where Adam proposed to Meg!
The Strip District is one of Adam and Meg's favorite neighborhoods in the 'burgh! There are plenty of local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, breweries, and Pittsburgh sports stores in this area to visit. The original Primanti Brothers restaurant is located here. Meg is also a huge fan of Iron Born Pizza and DeLuca's Diner located here! If you're a history fan, the Heinz History Museum is here to visit, too!
Another one of Meg and Adam's favorite places to spend their time in Pittsburgh! This is where the Welcome Party is located, but is also home to Acrisure Stadium, PNC Park, and a ton of great bars and restaurants! You can also take a stroll along the river and get a great view of downtown and some of the many bridges in Pittsburgh here. The Pirates do have a home series after the wedding weekend concludes, so if you have time stay and visit PNC Park. It is one of the most beautiful stadiums in the MLB and is so worth checking out if you can!
