Just a quick note—Boone is about 30 minutes from Banner Elk and Beech Mountain. I recommend checking Airbnb, Vrbo, and Carolina Cabin Rentals for accommodations. Before booking, be sure to view the map so you can see how far the rental is from the venue. If you prefer a hotel, I suggest La Quinta Inn & Suites Boone or Graystone Lodge Boone.
