Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1, 2024. Thank you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 4:00 PM to take a seat before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the designated lot. Please follow the signs to the venue and respect the posted speed limits.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we'd love for you to join us in feeling glamorous! Our dress code includes semi-formal, cocktail, and formal attire. Your attire does not need to correspond with our wedding colors or theme.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please check your invitation (separate from the save the date) to see if you were allotted a +1 guest. We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests and kindly ask that you do not bring a date/guest if you were not allotted a +1. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please check your invitation as we have accounted for kids to attend our wedding for those who have kids. If we missed yours, please inform us as soon as possible.

Question

Can I take photos and videos during your ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask you to please refrain from using your own devices to take photos and videos during our ceremony. We will have professional photographers and videographers capturing our special moment and would love for you to join us in being present in the moment!

Question

I have specific dietary restrictions and/or a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are working with our caterers to provide meals to accommodate those who have specific dietary preferences, needs, or allergies. Your RSVP will ask you for your meal preferences. If you have any other food allergies or dietary preferences, please inform us as soon as possible.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

On average, July temperatures range between 75-85 degrees Fahrenheit. There have been heat waves in the past in which temperatures have gone up to 100 degrees but we have our fingers crossed that will not be the case. July is the driest month in Washington with a very low chance of rain, but you can never be certain as Washington is known for it's rain. The sun begins to set around 8:45-9:00 PM so expect lots of sunshine and warm weather. The indoor barn for reception does not have air conditioning and we will do our best to maximize airflow. Please dress accordingly.

Question

Do I have to stay the entire duration of the wedding?

Answer

We understand you may have other commitments or need to leave early for a variety of reasons. For the sake of our videographers and photographers, please do not leave in the middle of the ceremony unless there is an urgent emergency. Asides from the ceremony, you are more than welcome to stay for as long as you'd like and leave whenever you need to. We're grateful for your time and attending our wedding no matter the length.

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Thank you for your thoughtfulness and generosity! We do not have a registry for physical gifts but we do have a minimoon/honeymoon fund set up if you would like to make a cash gift.

Question

Where do you recommend I stay for lodging?

Answer

Please look at the "Travel" tab to see a few hotel recommendations. We have also listed alternative cities that you can find many hotels or AirBnbs as well. We do not have a hotel block set up. Please plan for your lodging as however you best see fit!
