Are you already married?

Answer

Yes, we had an intimate ceremony on December 28th, 2023. It was a cozy winter evening and a perfect start to the rest of our lives together. We wanted to wait to host our wedding reception until closer to when we are able to live together again (we are currently waiting on visa processing).

Will there be any sort of ceremony at the reception on June 13th?

Answer

We currently don't have any sort of ceremony in the works. We're planning this evening to be similar to other wedding receptions - dinner, some games/toasts, cake, and dancing.

Do U.S. folks need a visa to come to Canada?

Answer

No. As a U.S. citizen, if you're visiting less than 6 months, you don't need to apply for any sort of visa before coming into Canada. However, you would need a valid U.S. passport.

Is there a dress code for the reception?

Answer

There's no strict dress code for either the reception or bridal shower, but dressy casual is always good - nice pants/shirts, casual dresses, etc.

When to RSVP by?

Answer

Ideally soon as you know whether or not you will make it. If we could have all RSVP's by March 31st that would be really helpful.

Can I bring a plus one to the reception?

Answer

Please reach out to Adam or Kinsey to request a plus one if your invitation does not include one.

Answer

We want to again emphasize that for booking accommodations, it's best to book early (several months in advance). If you need any help with where to stay or other travel logistics, please reach out to us. We cannot wait to celebrate this huge milestone in our lives with you!
