What about COVID-19?
Answer
We will have plenty of masks and hand sanitizer available as well as "social distancing bracelets" that help signify to other guests your preference of social distancing practices. Tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception will be spaced further than 6ft apart. We will be streaming the ceremony live via ZOOM so that you can still be a part of our big day even if you're far away. You can find the link to the ZOOM invite under the "Schedule" tab. To those planning to attend, we kindly ask that anyone experiencing any COVID-related symptoms or believe they may have come in contact with the virus within the past 7 days of the date to please be courteous of everyone's health and enjoy the ceremony via ZOOM from the safety of your own home.

We want our guests to be able to celebrate to the absolute fullest. we think it would be best to keep this occasion kid-free. Although we love your children, we kindly ask you to leave them home for the night!

Is there parking and transportation for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Guests who do not plan to stay at the Omni Jacksonville Hotel have the option to park in the outdoor lot attached the hotel. The Omni Jacksonville Hotel is located at 245 Water Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
NYE Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and sport coats and slacks.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Guests have been granted a plus one. We ask that you please utilize the Registry tab to RSVP to let us know whether or not you are bringing a date, so we can account for their seat and dinner.
