For guests who would like we have a discounted rate at the Travelodge Strathmore. If booking into the hotel please contact the hotel directly to book your room, rates range between $152 - $224 depending on the required room. Rates are secured up until the day before the event, however the hotel can not guarantee availability, so please book sooner rather than later. If enjoying the hotel be sure to head back to the Lyalta Community Hall on the Saturday August 9th to watch some softball in the Cristicky Ball Tournament.

A shuttle will be running from the Travelodge Inn Strathmore to the venue location at Lyalta Community hall for our guests that choose to partake in a beverage or two. Included Shuttle to venue at 3:45pm and will run back to hotel every hour from 9:30pm onwards with the last one being at 12:30am

Camping at the Lyalta Community Hall
The venue we have chosen for this event comes equipped with onsite camping, available for campers or tenters however NO hookups are available. Onsite restrooms are accessible for those who do decide to stay and camp. If choosing to camp we kindly request that trailers are brought into the camping area August 8th before 3:30pm or after 6pm as to not interfere with the outdoor ceremony. If choosing to camp with us please advise camping option in the RSVP section
