Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
Please use your best discretion in dressing comfortable casual in your golf attire. Keep in mind this is an outdoor ceremony in August. Dress shorts are welcome!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking at the community hall is welcome, however to avoid drinking and driving we are also providing a shuttle service to the Travelodge Inn Strathmore.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
YES!! We have arranged with the local taxi service for a shuttle to bring guests to the venue from the designated hotel, as well as return them to the hotel after the party. This service is provided at no extra cost to our guests.
Question
Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
YES !! As many of you know we LOVE our ball family, so with this in mind we will be hosting a ball tourney the Saturday and Sunday. All are welcome to join, we just ask that if you are going to be camping or wish to join in the festivities you advise so in the RSVP section.

Are Kids Allowed
Answer
Due to a limited amount of seats in the facility we are not able to allow all kids to join for the reception portion, we do however encourage kids to join for the ball tournament / camping weekend.

When can we arrive with our trailers
Answer
The ceremony portion will be from 4:30pm to 5pm so we ask that campers arrive before 3:30pm or after 6pm
