Maid of Honor
Sadie--not to be confused Sadie and Murphy, who were two of Clara's dogs--is Clara's oldest and closest friend, having met in 5th grade when they were locker buddies. Sadie is originally from North Carolina, where she returned to attend college at Davidson College. Sadie will be taking a quick vacay from Mexico, where she is currently stationed as a member of the Peace Corps, to fulfill her maid-of-honor duties.
Kenji Heikes
Best Man
Adam and Kenji met at Northwestern Michigan College during Adam's first year. Kenji is a licensed pilot and enjoys destroying the competition in Settlers of Catan. Kenji and Adam initially became friends when Kenji pushed Adam to play chess with him... while Adam was at work.
Bethany Novascone

Bethany and Clara met in 2021 during their first year at Grand Valley. They were first roommates that bonded over how COVID changed their college experiences. Bethany loves the outdoors and her dog, Bailey. They first bonded over making omelets, which they can sorta make, not really... Bethany works in social work.
Cody Paulus

Cody, a certified "cutie", and Adam met in 2017 at the TBAISD Career-Tech Center. Over the years, they maintained a strong friendship, heading into and through their time at NMC. Cody works as an IT Specialist.
Anne-Marie Deming

Anne-Marie is Adam's sister. An avid cat lady, as evidenced by her photo, Anne-Marie has a heart of gold. She works as a physician assistant through Munson Medical Center. Due to her job, she can no longer eat popcorn.
Kaleb Deming

Kaleb is Adam's brother-in-law. They met soon after Kaleb began dating Anne-Marie, which occurred after Clara and Adam started dating, ha. Ha. Kaleb works as a mate on maritime shipping vessels. Kaleb is from California, but luckily, he is not that kind of Californian.
Taylor Kroll

Taylor is Clara's cousin. They grew up spending lots of time together on summer vacations to visit their grandma in the U.P., where they picked on Ben for being the youngest cousin. When Taylor was in college, she had a scholarship to throw things, which she did, very far. Taylor is teaching high schoolers chemistry in Maryland.
Wyatt Daniels

Wyatt is Adam's oldest friend. They met in 2nd grade at Glen Lake Schools. They became close friends when Adam offered to be friends when he saw Wyatt crying at lunch. Wyatt is a freelance programmer and aspiring rapper/comedian.
Addy Rop

Addy is also Clara's cousin. Since they met when Clara was a baby, Clara doesn't remember meeting her. Addy is an aspiring author and editor, and currently works in publishing in Phoenix, Arizona. Similar to Clara, she owns more books than she knows what to do with.
Ethan Kinnee

Ethan and Adam met in grade school, where Ethan pushed Adam to ask out Clara. Ethan collaborated with Wyatt and Adam on the hit musical project: SUNE-D. Ethan is a journeyman electrician working towards his master license.
Mkzeni Bowens

Mkenzi is Ben's fiancée. Mkenzi and Clara first became friends when they played on the JV volleyball team together. Mkenzi works as a freelance photographer and recently graduated from CMU. She loves anything Disney...maybe more than Ben.
Ben Kroll

Ben is Clara's brother. Ben and Adam attended the same school for many years before becoming closely acquainted. Their first memorable interaction was when Ben steamrolled Adam during an exhibition football game in middle school. Ben works as an accountant.

Yet another one of Clara's cousins (2nd cousin, actually), this is the lucky guy who may or may not be riding a small tractor down the aisle throwing the flower petals.

Another one of Clara's cousins... wow, shocker. Kaileena is someone who loves to stand tall and be proud–of how much taller she is than her husband. Her and her husband, Luke, welcomed a baby in the fall of 2022 and he is adorable!
