We will have shuttles to and from the Wedding Ceremony/Reception and the below blocks. If you would like to stay elsewhere but catch the shuttles, please make your way to the below addresses for pick up and drop off. Downtown Asheville is pedestrian-friendly and very walkable. Please see "FAQs" page for more details. Uber/ride share services are not recommended for late-night returns. We've included local ride share/car services below if you would prefer other options.

Shuttles will leave from both the Kimpton Hotel Arras and Aloft Asheville Downtown on Saturday at 3:30 pm. If you cannot make the shuttle on time, you can use a rideshare service to the venue. Please note the ceremony starts at 4:30PM. Shuttles will leave the venue to return to the two Downtown Asheville hotels at 11:00PM

Flight

Asheville (AVL) or Charlotte (CLT)

You can either fly directly into Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) which is 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, or fly into Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) and drive 2 hours to Asheville. More direct flights fly into CLT, but American Airlines has flights direct into AVL from select airports (including CLT if you'd like to take the layover).
