We're getting married!

One day while Adam was working out at the gym with his friend David, Adam received a ping that a girl from the University of South Dakota was interested in his profile. She commented on his tag line about how he was going to travel to Spain to visit his sister, who was studying abroad there that summer, and needed recommendations. Bethany, who had just returned from an internship in Valencia, Spain, jumped at the opportunity to talk about the local places to eat and explore (even though Bethany clearly thought Adam was cute too, she needed something more to say from the get go). From this point forward, the two started to connect on several interests, and Adam suggested they FaceTime instead of the app. On their first FaceTime, Bethany was introduced to Adam's cat Ghetti who stole another piece of her heart. The two continued to talk until Bethany returned to MN for holidays during her final semester at USD. Adam and Bethany had their first few dates in the Twin Cities at Up Down, the ice castles in Excelsior, MN, and several good food spots in the city. When spring time rolled around, Adam followed through with his original post and visited his sister Hannah in Spain. During this time, Bethany took care of Ghetti at USD, and upon Adam's return, he officially asked Bethany to be his girlfriend with a pair of earrings from Valencia, Spain and an original song that he made her. Of course Bethany said yes! <3 Fast forward several adventures, life events, late night Mexican food and diner stops later, Bethany and Adam were planning a trip to see one of Bethany's high school friends abroad and celebrate graduation from physical therapy school. Adam knew this was the moment where he would ask Bethany to be his forever love. On their first stop in Rome, Italy, Adam went back and forth on the right moment to ask. He had the ring, but wanted to find the perfect opportunity. While the two were getting ready for dinner one night, Adam said he was going across the street from their Airbnb to the mini mart to grab a snack while Bethany headed upstairs. At this time Adam asked the man at the mini mart to film what he was about to do next. As Bethany and Adam left the Airbnb for dinner, Adam hurried ahead of Bethany (Bethany thinking he was trying to hide and scare her around the corner). To her surprise, she opened the door to the street outside their Airbnb and Adam was on one knee. She said yes!!! The two hugged the man from the mini mart who filmed the whole proposal with joy. They then spent the rest of their time in Italy celebrating their new engagement before heading over to Turkey to see their friends Ecem and Ege and share the good news. Since then, Adam, Bethany, (and Ghetti) have been enjoying their engagement and planning for their big day!

We wanted to incorporate our love for music and to celebrate how music brings people together in this way.
