Welcome Cocktail Event

5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

We will have a welcome event on Friday evening with an open bar and hors d’oeuvres. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend! **You will need to pick up a wrist band at the front desk to have access to the event**

Bridesmaid's Schedule

7:15 am - 6:00 pm

Outfits to bring: Beach wear for the ride on the boat, swim suits for the beach, bridesmaid dress/shoes for the wedding.

Bridesmaid's Schedule: Meet at the Costa Sur lobby at 7:15am Arrive at Terminal Marina at 8:00am Arrive at Las Caletas at 10:00am Breakfast tacos in the Bridal Suite from 10:00am - 11:00am Massages for four of us 11:00am - 12:00pm (Other two will have the chance to go to the beach) Massages for two of us 12:00pm - 1:00pm (Other four will have the chance to go to the beach) 1:00pm lunch will be served 1:30pm - 5:30pm getting ready 6:00pm wedding ceremony Ideas for items to bring: Beach wear, beach towel, swim suits, flip flops, shower items, makeup if not getting it done, hair accessories, hair styling tools if you'd like to use your own, bridesmaid dress, shoes and jewelry. Note: No alcohol or food is allowed on the boat. They will have an open bar and a variety of food for breakfast and lunch.
