Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! Please don't forget to check your passports for expiration. Per Costa Rican regulations, your passport must be valid 3 months after your travel dates. We recommend applying for or renewing your passport sooner rather than later. The average processing time for passports is 10-13 weeks.

Can I bring my kids?

Unfortunately, our venue can only accommodate so many people, so the only kids in attendance will be those in the wedding party. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

When should I arrive for the weekend?

Answer

We'd recommend that people leave on Wednesday the 5th if they would like to join us for our optional group excursion on the 6th or the 7th and then stay through Sunday the 9th. However, this is just a suggestion and we'd love to have you for however long or short of a duration.

When should I be booking flights, hotels, transportation, etc.

Answer

Flights should be bought as soon as possible. All airlines have posted their available flights to San Jose during this time. Hotel Costa Verde still has available rooms, but they are filling up fast.
