Question

When Should I RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by July 10th so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue, catering, and cabins. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by specified date we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as 'not attending'.

What does the sleeping situation look like?

Answer

The venue has 10 cabins on the property. All of the cabins are fully finished and furnished and vary in style and sleeping accommodations. Cabin Details: Capacity: Each cabin sleeps 4-8 people. Shared Accommodations: Cabins will be shared with other family members, and assignments will be pre-decided. Rooming accommodations have been made based on our best efforts to make sure everyone is paired with family and friends. Room list will be finalized after RSVPs are completed and then sent out. Reach out with any questions. Cost: Cabins are $80-140 per night. That price would be divided by the people sharing the cabin, each cabin sleeps 2-8 people. How to Reserve: Cabins will be prioritized for the wedding party, out of state attendees, and those invited to the rehearsal dinner. Please indicate this on your RSVP. If you are in-state and would like a cabin, please reach out and we will let you know if there are any additional rooms available. Hotel Options: For those who prefer not to share a cabin, here are some nearby hotels: Hotel Name 1 – Approx. X miles from the venue Hotel Name 2 – Approx. Is there another place to stay?

Answer

Absolutely! There are hotels an hour away from the venue. Unfortunately there isn’t anything closer to the venue itself.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the venue for all our guest. There will also be a shuttle to and from the ceremony.

Can I bring a +1

Answer

Only names that were stated on the invitation are to attend. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Can I bring my child?

Answer

We would love to extend the invitation to your little ones. Unfortunately, due to reaching our maximum amount of people within our wedding package we sadly can’t extend our budget to add them to the guest list.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code for our wedding is cocktail. Men please wear a suit or dressy shirt. No jeans. Ladies please refrain from wearing white, green and blue dresses.
