FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jenny Boyden and Mike Zatyka
Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this celebration will be an adults-only event with the exception of two very close family members. Think of it as your night off — dinner, dancing, and no bedtime routine required!

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Attire: Coastal Formal Think polished and elegant with a nod to summer. All: Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, dancing shoes, and a light sweater or wrap for the evening. Ladies: Summer formal, flowy midi or maxi dresses are encouraged, though elegant, formal shorter dresses are also welcome; stilettos are not recommended due to grass/sand areas. Men: Plan on wearing a suit with breathable, lighter-weight blend fabrics and dress shoes.

Question

When should I book accommodation? EARLY!

Answer

This is a popular time of year to visit San Diego so please book your accommodation EARLY! Even before booking flights, especially if you want to stay in the circled map area (on the Travel page)

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a parking lot available for our guests, but spaces must be reserved in advance! If you plan to drive to the wedding, please indicate this in your RSVP so we can pre-purchase a spot for you! If you won’t be driving, ride-share options like Uber and Lyft are easy and convenient alternatives. ((Street parking is likely unavailable due to it being a busy weekend in August next to a popular surf beach))
