Getting to Vashon Island

The north end ferry services Fauntleroy (West Seattle) and Southworth (Port Orchard) travelers. The south end ferry runs between Vashon (Tahlequah) and Point Defiance (Tacoma). Summer is a very popular time for ferry travel and there are no reservations allowed on this route. We recommend you arrive at least 60 minutes in advance of the ferry you would like to catch. Please note that the West Seattle bridge is out of commission and you will need to rely on your GPS for the best route to the Fauntleroy/West Seattle ferry. Click the "view" button below to find the ferry schedule by route. If you are coming from West Seattle click on the 2 Boat Fauntleroy/Vashon route. If you are coming from Tacoma click on the Pt Defiance / Tahlequah route. Please make sure that you are looking at the correct day as this schedule will show you week days and weekend times.

Getting to Froggsong Gardens

Froggsong Gardens sits within 16 acres of beautiful estate-style gardens of a private residence on Vashon Island. It is located at: 23416 115th Ave SW, Vashon, WA 98070 and approximately a 20 minute drive from the north-end ferry terminal, or 10 minutes from the south-end terminal. The best way to find Froggsong is to use your GPS for directions, there will be signage as you get closer. Parking is located in the open field before you reach the gardens. For anyone who needs to be dropped off close to the entrance, feel free to pull up to the gate and then return to the parking area.
