You have two ways to book: Option 1: To take advantage of the discounted group hotel rates for resort and city view rooms, click on the discount code link provided in the hotel information section. Suites are not a part of the room block but special rates are provided based on availability. To request additional nights or upgrades please call (787) 977-3401 from Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm EST or by email to reservations@laconcharesort.com. When calling to reserve your room, mention that you are attending the Isabel Vera & Akil Acevedo Wedding and have your personal credit card ready to guarantee your reservation. Option 2: To make payment arrangements for your hotel room, suite or group flight, you can contact Euphoria Travel Alliance at (585) 360-0600. This allows you to pay for your travel in smaller payments instead of one lump sum.

Please note that our wedding is during a holiday weekend in a large city so hotel rooms will sell fast. If you do intend on coming (and we’re hoping you do), please reserve before May 15, 2019. These rooms are available at the group rate until the room block has been filled or until May 15, after which their standard rate and availability restrictions will apply. Group flight rates are available out of the two airports above if you have a party of 10 or more. Euphoria Travel Alliance can arrange a payment plan for your flights. When you have your list of 10 names ready, give Euphoria Travel Alliance a call at (585) 360-0600.

Shuttle

Shuttle from La Concha to Hacienda Siesta Alegre

Transportation will be provided for all our guests. There will be be two shuttles that will be making one trip from La Concha to The Hacienda and back to La Concha on the day of the wedding. Please be in the lobby of La Concha by 3:30pm. The Shuttle will depart at 4pm. For those living in Puerto Rico, and choosing to drive in, parking is available at The Hacienda. Se proporcionará transporte para todos nuestros huéspedes. Habrá dos autobuses que harán un viaje desde La Concha a La Hacienda y de regreso a La Concha el día de la boda. Por favor esté en el lobby de La Concha a las 3:30 pm. El transbordador saldrá exactamente a las 4pm. Para quienes viven en Puerto Rico y eligen conducir, hay estacionamiento disponible en The Hacienda.
