FAQs

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We absolutely love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-focused celebration. To keep the atmosphere and setting comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that only children ages 12 and older attend. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Our reception will feature a bar offering beer and a selection of mixed drink beverages. Guests are also welcome to bring their own drinks to enjoy during the celebration.

Question

Is dinner provided?

Answer

We'll provide delightful snacks and desserts throughout the evening, though a full sit-down dinner will not be served.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Western-chic: boots welcome, jeans allowed (dress ’em up!), button-ups or suit tops with ties for men, and long dresses or cocktail dresses for women. Heels aren’t recommended since everything is outdoors.

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

Our wonderful neighbors at Fall Mountain Farms are lending us their parking lot! It’s a short walk to the ceremony. 16300 Mount Herman Ln Monument, CO 80132 United States

Question

Will everything be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are entirely outdoors. Bring a jacket for the evening, as the mountain air cools down quickly after sunset.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and the walk up to the site.

Question

What’s the weather like in July?

Answer

Warm afternoons, cooler evenings, chance of afternoon showers

Question

What should I wear on my feet?

Answer

Since the ceremony and reception are outdoors, boots, wedges, or flats are best—stilettos will sink in the ground or we will end up with multiple people with broken ankles.
