Guests should arrive between 3:30 and 4:00pm to allow time to walk from the parking area to the ceremony. Please keep in mind that our entire celebration—from ceremony to dancing—will be outside, surrounded by the mountains. As the sun sets, the mountain air can cool down quickly, so we encourage you to bring a jacket or wrap to stay comfortable into the evening. Parking will be located at the base of the property, and from there guests will take a short but scenic walk to the ceremony site. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for the walk, and please allow yourself a few extra minutes to get settled before the ceremony begins.

Western-Chic Attire: Boots welcome, jeans allowed (dress ’em up!). Men—button-up or suit top with tie. Ladies—long dress or elegant cocktail dress. Ceremony’s outdoors, so skip the stilettos—think boots, wedges, or flats. Dress sharp but comfy for a night under the stars!

We are so excited to celebrate with you in the beautiful Colorado outdoors! Our goal is for everyone to feel relaxed and enjoy the natural setting, so come prepared for mountain weather and terrain. Thank you for being part of our special day—we can’t wait to share it with you under the open sky!
