Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted seating. We hope you take this as an opportunity to take the night off and enjoy some much-deserved relaxation and fun! Of course, if this is a deal-breaker for you or your family, please contact us directly so we can if there is any way to accommodate your needs.
We will be doing a family-only ceremony at the bride's family home earlier in the day on Saturday. We hope you can join us for the Meet and Greet Friday night, as well as the Reception!
John Hunt, Stacey's Grandpa, built a cabin on Hayden Lake in 1960 with his bare hands. The family has maintained a lifelong connection to the cabin as well as their community and friends in the area.
There is parking available at the venue. We suggest making arrangements ahead of time for carpooling and designated drivers. As Hayden is a small town, there might not be enough Ubers, Lyfts, or taxi drivers for the night to get home safely.
Semi-formal/cocktail. We encourage cocktail dresses, formal shirt and pants. IT WILL BE HOT! We hope you wear what makes you feel the most comfortable!
85-degree highs and 55-degree lows. Please hydrate and dress accordingly. There will be shade at the venue and seating. Please enjoy our refreshing signature cocktails.
The future Absalons will be taking a mini moon to go backpacking in Canada after the wedding. They are then planning to take a longer trip somewhere warm and tropical in December.
