Los Portales de García
[ESP] ¡Nuestro segundo lugar favorito en Rosarito! -después de Las Rocas. Si hay un lugar que definitivamente te recomendamos visitar durante tu viaje, es este "castillo" frente al mar. [ENG] Our second favorite place in Rosarito! -after Las Rocas. If there is one place we definitely recommend you visit during your trip, it is this "castle" by the sea.
La Media Luna Restaurante
[ESP] Es un lugar al que nos encanta llevar a Stella. Te recomendamos visitarlo si tienes ganas de relajarte al aire libre, sobre todo si viajas con niños; tienen una pequeña granja interactiva y área de juegos. Eso sí... si vas a alimentar a los animales en la granja, ¡ten cuidado con las cabras! Kohlden ha estado a punto de ser devorado por ellas en más de una ocasión. [ENG] It's a place we love taking Stella to. We recommend visiting it if you feel like relaxing outdoors, especially if you are traveling with children; they have a small petting zoo and a playground. Mind you... if you're going to feed the animals on the farm, watch out with the goats! Kohlden has been on the verge of being devoured by them on more than one occasion.
El Mictlán de Tijuana
[ESP] El Mictlán es un campo de flores -o como ellos lo llaman: campo mágico- que cambia su temática dependiendo de la estación del año. De momento se encuentra cerrado, pues están en espera de la cosecha de primavera. Si te interesa conocerlo, te recomendamos visitar su página de Facebook cuando se acerque más la fecha para que te enteres de lo que ofrecerán este año en su edición de primavera. [ENG] [ENG] Mictlán is a flower field - or as they call it: a magical field - that changes its theme depending on the season of the year. At the moment it is closed, as they are waiting for the spring harvest. If you are interested in visiting it, we recommend checking out their Facebook page closer to the date so you can find out what will they be offering this year for their spring edition.
Café En El Muelle
[ESP] Si durante tu viaje tienes una mañana libre, o un ratito durante el atardecer, te recomendamos ir a recorrer el muelle de Rosarito mientras te tomas un café. [ENG] If during your trip you have a free morning, or a few minutes during the sunset, we recommend walking along the pier while you enjoy a cup of coffee.
Pueblo Plaza
[ESP] Conocemos esta plaza muy superficialmente, pero por su ambiente agradable y su variedad de restaurantes consideramos que es una buena opción si te encuentras explorando el centro de Rosarito y buscas un lugar para comer sin complicarte mucho eligiendo dónde hacerlo. [ENG] We know this square very superficially, but due to its pleasant atmosphere and its variety of restaurants, we consider it to be a good option if you are exploring downtown Rosarito and are looking for a place to eat without having to worry too much about choosing where to do it.
Centro de Ensenada
[ESP] Si vas al centro de Ensenada, inicia tu recorrido en la Bahía Todos los Santos para que puedas apreciar el puerto y los cruceros, y después trasládate a la calle Primera, donde se encuentran las tiendas de artesanías y restaurantes [ENG] If you go to downtown Ensenada, start your tour in Todos los Santos Bay so you can appreciate the port and the cruise ships, and then move to First Street [calle Primera], where the crafts shops and restaurants are located.
Valle de Guadalupe
[ESP] Desafortunadamente no estamos familiarizados con la Ruta del Vino; pero sabemos que es una de las mayores atracciones turísticas de esta área. Si vas a visitarla te recomendamos seguir la página de Instagram valledeguadalupebc.mx para empezar a familiarizarte con la amplia oferta de viñedos, restaurantes y hoteles con la que cuenta el Valle; y después consultar blogs y vídeos en Internet para filtrar tus opciones y elegir bien qué lugares visitar. [ENG] If you are going to visit the wine country, we recommend you follow the Instagram page valledeguadalupebc.mx to begin to familiarize yourself with the wide range of vineyards, restaurants and hotels that the Valley has to offer; and then consult blogs and videos on the Internet to filter your options and choose carefully which places to visit.
Puerto Nuevo
[ESP] Puerto Nuevo es un pueblo pequeño ubicado a 10 minutos de Las Rocas manejando. La especialidad del pueblo es la langosta, que es casi seguro que será exquisita sin importar a qué restaurante decidas entrar. [ENG] Puerto Nuevo is a small town located 10 minutes from Las Rocas by driving. The town's specialty is lobster, which is almost guaranteed to be exquisite no matter which restaurant you decide to enter.
Playas de Tijuana
[ESP] Finalmente...la playa de la ciudad en la que vivimos... el lugar en el que nos conocimos.... y un punto en el que la frontera entre nuestros países se alza llena de arte y colores mientras suena la banda y las olas del mar. [ENG] Finally...the beach of the city where we live... the place where we met.... and a spot where the border between our countries stands out full of art and colors, while the 'banda' music and the waves of the ocean sound all day.
