Hotel
This is where we expect most people to stay! It's the combination of cheapest + close-ish + big enough for everyone. The link here should give you a 10% off discount! We recommend you book early, as July is "peak baseball" season in the area and hotels tend to fill up. Assuming that most people will stay at the Quality Inn, we plan to try and set up some shuttle transport to and from the venue each day. However, there are certainly other options: 1. For those who like to treat themselves, take a look at the Otesaga Resort Hotel. They're marginally closer to the venue, and have a 3-night minimum. 2. Feel free to get a small group together to hunt out some nice AirBnBs.
Flight
For those coming by plane, we recommend flying into the Albany Airport, which is about an hour and 15 minutes away from the Quality Inn and/or venue
