Tivoli Shuttle to the Venue

More details to come! There will be transportation provided from the city of Tivoli to our venue on Thursday, July 16 before the Welcome Event. The shuttle will return to Tivoli from the venue Saturday July 18th, the morning after the wedding.

Flight

Leonardo da Vinci International Airport

We recommend flying into Leonardo da Vinci International Airport as it is the closest to our venue. However, if you plan on making our wedding into a vacation you can consider flying into Milan, Venice, Pisa, or Naples and taking a train, bus, or car from city to city. If you'd like to rent a car you can do so from the airport. A car is an ideal way to get to our venue location in the more remote village of Gregorio da Sassola. Trains, metros, and buses are available if you prefer not to drive. We also recommend checking flights to other European cities like Paris, Madrid, London, and Amsterdam, to find the best-priced flight. Typically a second local flight option may be available for much less than a direct flight to Rome.

Hotel

Castello Brancaccio

Castello Brancaccio is our venue and main accommodation space. We have a limited availability of first-come-first-serve rooms at the castle ranging in price, as well as a few Airbnbs reserved within walking distance. Once your invitation has been received please fill out our Accommodations Survey under our RSVP tab. This will allow us to work with you to find the best option for your budget and needs. Use the "View" link below to view video tours of Castello Brancaccio's room options. You are welcome to book your own accommodations if you wish. We recommend the city of Tivoli, which is about 20-minutes away from the venue, or Rome; about an hour away from the venue. If you would like to book accomodations outside of what we offer please keep in mind you will need to book transportation such as a train, bus, or rental car to make it to our event.
