San Diego International Airport

Harbor Island Dr, San Diego, CA 92101 We recommend flying directly into San Diego. Flying into LAX may be cheaper but requires a 2.5 hour drive to and from San Diego. We suggest looking at flights for both, then deciding which option makes the most sense for you :)

Rental Car

Consolidated Rental Car Center

We recommend renting a car from the San Diego Airport, especially if you are flying into San Diego. The airport allows for pick up and drop off at any time, which is a perk if you're catching a red-eye. We also recommend booking through Costco travel for cheaper rates if you happen to have a Costco membership.

Option #1: Sheraton Mission Valley San Diego Hotel

This hotel is located about 6 miles from the ceremony and 23 miles from the reception. While a bit far from the reception, this is a central location for exploring San Diego as you're fairly close to the masjid, Fashion Valley Mall, Downtown San Diego (including the airport), and La Jolla.

Option #2: Hilton San Diego Mission Valley

This hotel is located next to Option #1, so you have the same perks here in terms of location.

Option #3: La Quinta Inn by Wyndham San Diego - Miramar

This hotel is located about 11 miles from the ceremony and 12 miles from the reception, which is a good option if you prefer to be more central to both venues. At this hotel, you'll be a bit closer to areas like Del Mar, Encinitas, and Carlsbad.
