This is a cable car that will take you from the base to the top of the mountain. It is a short walk from the Malcesine city center. There are also trails if you'd like to hike the full mountain, or even hike partially then take the cable car the remainder of the way up. Once up at the top of the mountain there are a few restaurants up there to enjoy a bite and drink while taking in the view.
This is another beautiful lakeside town on Lake Garda. It's located on the other side of the lake from Malcesine. There are boat shuttles that will take you across the lake available every hour.
Excellent food (the pizza was especially good). Order the tartufo al pistacchio for dessert, you won't regret it!
