Abbey was living in Greenville, South Carolina and George was living in Asheville, North Carolina when we matched on Hinge. At the time, George was working as an events coordinator at a local boarding school. His work schedule was demanding; he worked tirelessly every night and weekend to keep 200+ high school boys entertained during the pandemic! We communicated through Snapchat and text messages for about a month before we were able to meet in person. On our first date, Abbey helped George buy Halloween decorations for the dorms and deliver hay bales and pumpkins across campus. We moved back to George's hometown in Roanoke, Virginia in the summer of 2021. The rest is history! We are so excited to celebrate our love and commitment to one another with all of our friends and family by our sides!
