FAQs (COVID Precautions)

Your health and safety are very important to us. Please find some FAQs regarding our wedding plans. Feel free to reach out to the couple with any additional questions.
Question

Should I get a COVID test before attending?

Answer

We encourage you to do what makes you feel comfortable. If you have any symptoms or have potentially been exposed, please do not attend the wedding. Reach out to Abigal and Nicholas for the virtual wedding details!

Question

Are masks required during the wedding mass?

Answer

Yes, we are following the guidelines set by the Diocese of Dallas.

Question

Will the wedding mass allow for social distancing?

Answer

Yes! Christ The King has every other pew currently blocked off for Sunday masses. Our guest count is < 25% of total church capacity.

Question

Is there an outdoor space at the reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a beer garden as well as a covered patio.

Question

Will there be assigned seats at dinner?

Answer

Family will have reserved seating. We would like all of our guests to choose a seat that makes them feel most comfortable.

Question

How will dinner be served?

Answer

Dinner will take place in the large brewing area instead of the tap room to allow guests to safely social distance during dinner. There will be outdoor airflow in the dinner space via a large garage door opening in the back to increase air flow. Guests will be dismissed by table to go through the buffet line. All guests will be required to wear a mask and masked servers will serve you. If you would prefer to not be seated at dinner, we are happy for you to take advantage of the outdoor space and tap room during this time
