Residence Inn Dulles Airport at Dulles 28 Centre

This hotel is close to our reception venue, surrounded by shopping and restaurants. There is a complimentary shuttle too and from Dulles Airport. Their shuttle runs from 6am-10pm (by the half hour on the hour). Drop offs are scheduled (with front desk), and pickups are upon demand. When the guest is ready to be picked up just give the hotel a call (703-421-200) and the hotel shuttle will meet them at pickup spot 2H under ground transportation.

Hampton Inn & Suites Washington-Dulles International Airport

This hotel is an affordable option near both the ceremony and reception. There is a complimentary shuttle to and from Dulles airport. The hotel provides 24hrs Shuttle service. Pick-ups from the airport are on a call basis. The guest should call the hotel @ 703-537-7800 once they pick up their bags. The pick-up location is 2G (lowest level, out of door 6). Airport drop-offs are scheduled every 30 mins, which they can sign up for during check-in.

Airports

Dulles International Airport (IAD) is the closest airport to all wedding related events and is our recommended airport for out-of-town guests. Several free shuttles are available from the airport to convenient hotels. Uber and Lyft are also readily available. Additional airports include Reagan National (DCA) and BWI. Each is about an hour drive from wedding events. A rental car would be recommended if flying into either of these airports.
