When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as you are aware of your plans. The deadline is March 15th!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive at 3:30pm to find a seat; our wedding ceremony begins promptly at 4pm. There will be prelude music to enjoy before the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! The dress code for the Ceremony and Reception is semi-formal: tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. If you plan to attend the Welcome Party, the dress code is classy but comfortable! Casual dresses or khakis welcome, so are jeans.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Answer
If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know by updating your RSVP to include those. We will work with our catering staff to make them aware.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We are hosting a Welcome Party on the evening of Friday, April 4th from 7:15-9pm. All guests are welcome to join us at Parallel Wine & Whiskey Bar - 43135 Broadlands Center Plz, Broadlands, VA 20148.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
There are an abundance of hotels available within a short drive of both our ceremony and reception venues. Please visit the Travel page on our website for more information on hotels and airport shuttles.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
While we are not providing transportation, there are a variety of transportation options available. Both Lyft and Uber are widely available and affordable. If you are flying in from out of town, both hotels offer free shuttle transportation to and from Dulles airport. Rental cars are also widely available at Dulles airport minutes from all of our events.

Can I leave my car overnight?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of parking at 1757 Golf Club and you are welcome to leave your car. We want everyone to have fun and get home safe, so please leave your car if you need to!
