It is recommended that out-of-town guests fly into Raleigh-Durham International Airport, which is about an hour and 10 minutes from Clarksville, Virginia. Rental cars, Uber/Lyfts, and taxis will be available, though it is recommended that you schedule transportation ahead of time. A block of 10 rooms has been reserved at Clarion Pointe on the Lake Clarksville-South Hill West which is about 30 minutes from the wedding venue. As these 10 rooms fill up, more will be added. Please find the link to book below. A block of 20 rooms has been reserved at The Hampton Inn Henderson which is also about 30 minutes from the wedding venue. Please find the link to book below. Shuttle service will be available (please see below for more details). If you plan to drive, parking will be available at the venue as well. There will be one shuttle available at The Hampton Inn and two shuttles available at The Clarion. All shuttles will leave for the venue at 3:15pm and arrive at the venue around 3:45pm - just in time for the ceremony at 4pm! Return shuttles will be available towards the end of the reception and will be available throughout the rest of the evening as needed. If you are planning to stay for the after party, the last shuttle will leave the venue at 11:30pm.
